Access to Ureshino by Air
Access from Fukuoka airport to Saga city.
There are 3 ways to get to Ureshino city from Fukuoka airport.
By Bus.
You can get to Ureshino by taking the Nagasaki bound bus from the Fukuoka international airport terminal. The journey time to Ureshino is around 90 minutes, and the fare for a one-way ticket is 1900 yen. Unfortunately the buses currently offer no wheelchair access.
By subway (under ground) train.
You can take a train from Fukuoka airport to JR Hakata station where you then need to change to the JR Sasebo line and board a train bound for JR Takeo Onsen station. From JR Takeo Onsen station, you then take a JR bus towards Ureshino Onsen bus center. The journey time is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, and a combined train/bus ticket is priced at 3240 yen. The train journey offers wheel chair access, but please be aware that only some of the buses onward to Ureshino have wheelchair access, these will however be clearly marked.
By rental car.
Rental cars are bookable from the service counter at Fukuoka airport.
Journey times via the highway to Ureshino are approximately 90 minutes.
Wheelchair access vehicles (assistive vehicles) are available, however numbers are limited, so it is highly recommended to book in advance.

By Limousine bus（mini bus taxi）
This is a hybrid bus/taxi service from Saga airport that will take you directly to your hotel in Ureshino. The journey time into Ureshino is approximately 80 minutes and is bookable upon arrival at the airport. The fare is 2000 yen.
By airport bus.
There are 2 buses from Saga airport. The first goes to JR Saga station, and the other to Hakata bus terminal.
To go to Ureshino, please take the bus towards JR Saga station. Please note that the JR Saga Station stop is actually before Ureshino, but the bus will then continue its journey onto Ureshino.
The journey time is approximately 120 minutes, and the fare is 3000 yen.
